1. Eligibility & Authorization
Access to the radio system is a privilege, not a right.
The User affirms that all information provided in this request form is accurate and complete.
The System Operator reserves the right to approve or deny access at its sole discretion.
2. Proper Use of the System The User agrees to:
Operate only FCC‑certified equipment and follow all FCC Part 90 rules as applicable.
Use the system for lawful and non‑interfering communications.
Avoid transmitting obscene, profane, threatening, or disruptive content.
Follow all technical and operational guidelines provided by the System Operator.
3. Equipment & Identification
The User must provide accurate radio model and ID information (e.g., DMR ID, call sign, unit ID).
Unauthorized programming, cloning, or sharing of system access credentials is prohibited.
4. System Integrity & Security The User agrees not to:
Attempt to access talkgroups, features, or systems they are not authorized for.
Interfere with system operations, testing, maintenance, or emergency traffic.
Share system frequencies, color codes, talkgroup IDs, or network details with unauthorized individuals.
5. Monitoring & Revocation
The System Operator may monitor system activity for security and operational purposes.
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time for misuse, interference, or violation of this agreement.
6. Radio Disablement & Enforcement
The User acknowledges that the System Operator may remotely inhibit, disable, or deny access to any radio found to be causing interference, operating without authorization, or violating this agreement.
Disablement actions may include—but are not limited to—revoking system permissions, blocking the radio’s ID, or issuing an inhibit command when supported by the equipment.
The System Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify the User of the issue when practical, but reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice to protect system integrity, public safety, or ongoing operations.
The User accepts full responsibility for ensuring their equipment remains compliant and understands that the System Operator is not liable for any inconvenience, loss of functionality, or costs resulting from such enforcement actions.
7. Liability
The User acknowledges that the radio system is provided “as‑is” with no guarantee of uptime, coverage, or availability.
The System Operator is not liable for any damages, losses, or failures resulting from system use or outages.
